How exactly does the AI generate the replies?

For every pending review, InstantReply's AI automatically drafts three distinct response variants for you to choose from: Professional, Friendly, and SEO Optimized. You can simply pick the one that best fits your brand's voice.

Will the AI post replies automatically without my permission?

No, you are always in control. The platform requires human oversight; you must review and click "Approve & Post to Google" before any response is sent directly to your Google Business Profile. You also have an open text area to manually tweak the AI draft before approving it.

What happens if a customer leaves a review in a foreign language?

Our AI handles this seamlessly. If a review is written in a foreign language, the AI automatically drafts the reply in that native language, while providing an English translation snippet ("helper text") so you know exactly what you are posting.

How does billing work, and are payments secure?

Subscriptions are offered on a Monthly or Yearly basis, and all payments are handled securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card data on our servers.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard. Clicking "Manage Subscription" will securely route you to your customer portal, where you can cancel your plan with a single click. You will retain access to your Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

Given the digital nature of the tool and the direct costs associated with AI processing, we do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods. However, there are no long-term contracts, and you can cancel anytime.

Do I need a Google Business account?

Yes. InstantReply connects directly to your existing Google Business Profile to fetch reviews and post your replies. You must have administrative access to the profile in order to connect it to our platform.
